Surely you did not hear, surely you did not know; surely from long ago your ear was not opened. For I knew that you would deal very treacherously, and were called a transgressor from the womb.

Isaiah 48.8

The damage caused by Adam's sin to humanity is greater than we can imagine. The disruption was so great that, in ancient times, the Father could not reveal how we would be restored with the coming of His Son into the world, when He would pay the price for the fall that separated us from the Creator. Today, in Christ, we are new creatures and must reflect the image of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18), so that others may have the opportunity to know Him as Savior and be transformed. Unfortunately, many teach things that come from their own minds.

Today, it is easy to be happy, live well, and walk in communion with God, which comes through the action of the Holy Spirit when meditating on the Word. However, there are those who cannot do this because they follow religious doctrines. Know that this deviation is an action of the enemy. Jesus showed us how to walk with God. Those who saw Him were seeing the Father, and the Master did everything He had seen the Father do (John 14:9-11). Seeing Christ makes us understand the Scriptures, for He is the living Word (John 1:14).

To avoid becoming angry with man's contempt, the Lord chose to remain silent about what He would create (Psalm 50:21). We must seek in the Bible, and only in it, the truth about what He has done, is doing, and will do for us. Then we can take hold of it to live well, enjoying His wonderful blessings. Conversion has transformed us into the very image of His Son!

We were created in the Lord to do wonderful things that we had no idea about before. As we get to know His Word, we understand that the best thing in life is to be in Jesus, and He in us, for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2.10). Our re-creation was accomplished in the Savior!

Having been born again and persevering in following God's directions, we will live free from the influence of evil spirits, sent by the authorities of hell, who insist on making us believe that we will lose the war. Now, Jesus came into the world to destroy the works of darkness: For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. (1 John 3.8b). He destroyed evil for us!

Knowing that without being born again, man would act treacherously, the Lord provided us with the ability to be faithful in everything. The saved who fall into the temptations of the devil must confess their mistakes to God and remember that confessed sins are forgiven. We have been cleansed from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Believe it!

We are no longer transgressors—those who corrupt good morals—but faithful servants who only communicate with the Father in the Name of Jesus. The old nature does not rule us because we now bring good works to light. It is good to serve the Lord!

In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer

Lord of our re-creation! It's impossible to measure how much those who don't live according to Your Word lose! They don't know You, they don't walk with You, or they practice good works. They are lost and vulnerable to falling into the devil's temptations.

On the other hand, we are completely Yours. Therefore, we want to know You better, understand how Jesus perfectly carried out Your work, and set out to achieve the goal You have set for us.

Father, we do not wish to prevaricate, act duplicitous, or dishonor You. You saved us to be Your people and fulfill Your purposes, living at the highest spiritual level. We thank You for strengthening us in the new creation in Christ!
