Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near
Revelation 1.3
In this verse, the Son of God, the second person of the Holy Trinity, who has all power in Heaven and on Earth, teaches us to be blessed in our walk of faith. In us who are saved, there is a thread of hope, implanted by the Holy Spirit, that if we live as Holy Scripture prescribes, we will be happy and successful in everything. There is only one way to see God's work in us: by obeying the Word and closing the door to the enemy of our souls (1 Peter 5:8-9). Believe in Jesus!
God's counsel begins with the guidance to read the Scriptures and meditate on them (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2), since they reveal the Lord and His purpose for us. We must pay attention to what He tells us. When we feel that a word from the Lord has touched us, we must strive to hear it. In this way, faith will arise within us, and we will be able to put it into action so that what was said by the Most High will be fulfilled.
It is our duty to listen to biblical prophecies. Then, seeing our willingness to fulfill what has been established since the foundation of the world, the Lord will make us, His children, blessed in any situation. If we meditate on His teachings, faith will settle in our hearts and, by the power of God, we will be able to do the work. After all, He guards, encourages, and sustains us by His Word.
Following what we understand from the Holy Book makes us act like giants in faith. Wasn't that what happened to Jesus when He faced the storms that frightened the disciples? Once, the Master was awakened by them because they thought they were going to die, and He asked, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” (Mark 4.40). They already knew what to do, which is why they received such a response from Christ.
Those who keep the revelations of the Holy Spirit through the Word will undoubtedly overcome the enemy who tries to destroy them. Now, those who disregard them will certainly not succeed in their endeavors. When problems arise, many act desperately. Jesus, however, did not act this way. Learn from Him to be victorious in faith!
Jesus said that the time for everything to be fulfilled is near. Therefore, when you receive guidance from God, make good use of it with faith and firmness, because the evil one does not obey those who tremble before him. The enemy has already been defeated by the Savior, and He has given us power to destroy the schemes of the adversary: Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luke 10.19). The power of God is at your disposal!
The weapons that the Son of the Almighty has given you must be used, for nothing is greater than the authority He received from the Father. When a person believes in the Lord, they can and should do everything in the Name of Jesus. Before Christ, everyone will bow down, therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name (Philippians 2.9). Believe and live!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Lord of true prophecy! We want to read in the Bible about what we can expect from You and heed Your warnings about what will happen to humanity, especially Your servants.
Whoever reads and understands Your Word, heeding it, will be able to go with You to the end, certain that You will provide their escape at the right time. We are Your people, and therefore we hope to receive more revelations. We desire to hear You so we can serve You better!
We become wise when we keep Your words in our hearts. Father, give our fellow believers in Christ the wisdom they need so they may honor the call of Your Spirit. You will be glorified in our lives and through us. We thank You for Your grace in our lives!
