Words have more power than we realize, and that comes from God. He has given us the right to choose to walk with Him and do His will, or to continue under the direction of the destroyer, chosen by Adam when he placed us in the hands of the devil. The Lord has already done what is necessary for us to get out of the clutches of the disqualified and live under divine mercies, in which no evil will befall us and no plague will torment us (Psalm 91.1-10).

           The Most High warns us about the power of our words, showing us that if we speak negatively, we will suffer. However, if our language is positive, we will even improve the functioning of our organs. Then life will be beautiful, and we will be delighted with the people we once criticized, because the change in us will change them too. We must never let death, Satan's nature, dictate how we act from now on.

           Jesus said that He intended the Kingdom of God for us, and His words only bring life. That's why it's beneficial to speak in a constructive way; that way, everything around us will be transformed. Those who don't smile and are always in a bad mood – also blame others for their difficulties – need to realize that by being positive and cheerful, people will change too. Never say something harmful, condemning someone who is in the wrong. We must act as the Savior acted.

          The Master was anointed by the Father to reverse situations and bring the message of forgiveness and healing to those who were dying of the worst diseases. He touched the man who was covered in leprosy: Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. (Matthew 8.3). Before commanding the leper to be clean, the Master touched the body taken by the disease and commanded it to be clean. We need to touch with holy hands!

           We must reach people's hearts with love, sympathy and consideration. Now, if we are bad, they will be a nuisance to us. However, if we decide to do God's will, we will see the sufferer receiving healing, the sinner being redeemed and those who look to the devil for help seeking the Lord. Do you now understand that death and life are in the power of the tongue? What a beautiful example the Master gave us by touching those who were repulsive! Do as Jesus did!

           The woman caught in adultery was condemned by the Law of Moses to be stoned to death. Paul, the apostle, spoke about the law of life brought by Christ: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. (Romans 8.2). This is the exact message to be preached, to deliver those who are still under the law of sin and death. The Church has a duty not to condemn anyone, but to show the only way out: Jesus.

           What fruit have you been eating? The fruit of disobedience, like the first Adam? From now on, eat and offer the fruit of obedience that frees the lost from eternal death, giving them life to the full (John 10.10). Your decision will lead you to Heaven or to the lake of fire and brimstone, so cry out to the Lord for the change that will free you from sin.
