Therefore do according to your wisdom, and do not let his gray hair go down to the grave in peace.
1 Kings 2.6
We seem to be anesthetized against the Gospel, because we accept it, but we don't believe in it or use it for our own good and that of others. It is the law of liberty, in which the individual is the judge of himself, because it is enough to think badly of someone to feel the desire to improve his conduct. Furthermore, when he remembers something, he did in the past that harmed someone else or dishonored his half, he prays and makes amends with the person (Matthew 5:23-26).
The hatred that took hold of the person who suffered the loss and began to pray that their offender would never succeed passes, and by releasing forgiveness, they are blessed by God in an extraordinary way (1 Samuel 2:3,4). Remember: the Lord doesn't want anyone to perish; after all, He sent His only Son to die on the cross for everyone. Christ's work encompasses humanity; no one is excluded from salvation (1 Timothy 2:3,4).
When a person has a love for lost souls - who, sadly, have not been the focus of the prayers of the saved - they are willing to minister the Word and thereby become the target of the Father's care. Those who are willing to proclaim salvation and all that goes with it (healing, forgiveness, peace and prosperity) are guarded day and night (Luke 12:4-7). To touch an evangelist is to touch God's eyes.
Regarding the Lord's will, the apostle Peter wisely said: The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3.9). Nothing is further from the Truth than the theory of predestination, which states that if someone is marked to be saved, they will be, but if they are marked for perdition, they will never be converted.
Those who don't fear God distrust His Word and interpret it as they see fit. Now, no biblical passage will contradict another. Human statements about what the Lord said have no value whatsoever. Now, if He has predestined some to salvation or perdition, we don't need to evangelize. The most we can do is open a church, since those destined for salvation will come and join us. The devil's great deception!
Every saved person knows that their conversion wasn't simple. They went through temptations that almost led them astray, but they understood that they came from the devil in his effort not to lose them. Those who base themselves on the philosophy of predestination don't know the Lord and are probably among the convinced rather than the converted. The Bible speaks of conversion as snatching souls out of the fire (Jude 1:23).
When the church cries out, God sends the lost and gives the pastor grace to be used by Him to lead them to Christ. When the brethren unite with the leader, and he gives himself to the Lord in prayer and Bible study, using all his faith, people find what they were looking for and are saved. The shepherd must watch over the Lord's sheep so that none are lost.
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Lord of the Church of Christ! How can anyone belittle our work in You and in Your Spirit, to snatch sin-ridden lives from the devil? We are Your Church that wants to save everyone, so that You may be glorified in Your Son!
Revive us day by day and visit us in Bible reading and prayer. Our ministry must be as You planned. We have been sent into the midst of ravening wolves. Your anointing poured out on us to bring souls out of the valley of indecision and perdition is operative!
We're still not satisfied with what we can do and, no doubt, neither are You when you see so few conversions. Father, we cry out for wisdom, because how can we go out into the world and speak of Your love if we don't know what it takes to reveal Your Word?
