The teachings that the apostles received from Jesus made them victorious and able to perform the same works as the Master, according to the will of the Father. They learned that the Name of Jesus gave them authority to rebuke evil spirits, diseases, and afflictions that afflicted people (Luke 10:19). This impacted the world of that time. The same is true today!

The psalmist said that in the night, a time of rest, he remembered the Name of the Lord and meditated on the Word of God, observing the sweetness of His Law, which made him victorious in all circumstances. Doing this will revolutionize your life. It's no use talking about divine love and not showing it in actions for the suffering. The saved received the anointing from Above when they were baptized with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8) and can make a difference!

Jesus declared: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. (John 14.12). Yes, we are capable of accomplishing them, going to all places to preach the Gospel and show the power of the Name of the Lord to the afflicted. We cannot give the devil any chance to act and feel victorious. Whoever is in sin needs to be freed quickly.

Why not honor the declaration made by Jesus, if we are His disciples? We don't need to be anything more than that in order to move from the condition of unprofitable servants (Luke17.10) to that of good and faithful (Matthew 25.21), who love God above all things. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” (John 14.21) This is the time for us to act!

When you are about to commit the sin that could lead you to the lake of fire and sulfur, if you do not repent, remember the Name of Jesus and bind the evil force that tries to destroy your life. Only the person who loves the Lord, keeps His commandments, and observes them will be loved by Him and, therefore, will live at the highest level. God is always by your side, especially to give you victory when you mention His most powerful Name.

Remembering the deeds of our brothers from the past will make you an agent of the Kingdom in this world dominated by sin and temptations. The power that dwells within you is far greater than any evil snare or disease. In Christ, you can go all the way and show everyone the purpose for which God placed you where you are. Do not diminish your love for Jesus. He will not diminish His power to attend to you!

You will never be a shame to the Gospel, but you will rise up to be used as the Father determined, when He led you to His Son: And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.” (John 6.65). Open your heart to God, confessing all your iniquities and embracing the calling that is upon your life. Make peace with yourself at this moment, for the Lord wants to use your life!
