Now the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying

Exodus 12.1

God is the perfect Planner, adapting everything to the proper functioning of His purposes in relation to humanity. Proof of this was the plan drawn up in favor of creation, with man being the crowning achievement of this project. When Adam's sin separated us from the Lord and destined us to perdition, God devised salvation so that man would be redeemed and successful. The Scriptures contain everything we need to be victorious.

In creation, God showed the power of His Word, for all things came into existence with His speech: Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light (Genesis 1.3). It underwent a rigorous examination and proved to be good, made by the Father, who spoke, and Jesus, who executed: All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. (John 1.3). In the Savior, there is no defect!

After creating all things, God spoke to the Son and the Holy Spirit, so that they would join him and make man in their image and likeness: Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”  (Genesis 1.26). Human beings were also subjected to quality control. Believe me!

At the beginning of the chosen generation, the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you (Genesis 12.1). He went on to address the patriarch of Christians, making promises and declaring blessings for him and his descendants through blood and faith in Christ. So there are two lines - the natural and the spiritual. One day, the natural will be saved.

When he was going to take the enslaved people out of Egypt, the Lord gave Moses complete information about what to say and do: Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt” (Exodus 3.10). He had been curious to see the bush burning and not being consumed. Then, as he came closer to make sure of the event, he heard God's voice commissioning him to lead the Hebrews out. God still speaks to us!

The same happened with Isaiah, the prophet whose task it was to announce the details of the Messiah's coming. Among the revelations, one stands out: For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9.6). In the Name of Christ, there are multiple blessings!

Finally, after coming into the world and dying to save man, the Savior declared to His disciples: Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28.18,19). We now proclaim the Good News of salvation to the lost under the inspiration of Heaven.

Today's Prayer

Lord of the good Word! The process of creation was perfect, and our recreation has followed the same care. Nothing can separate us from You, eternal God! You have remade us in Your image and likeness by recreating us in Christ!

All the lost have to do is listen to the preaching of the Good News, the Gospel, and believe in it, then, in the same moment, You will save them and free them from the condemnation destined for those who have never heard of what Jesus accomplished in His death and resurrection.

The most glorious mission is the one Jesus has given us to fulfill. That's why we must strive to bring the unsaved to the decision to leave the kingdom of evil and enter Your kingdom of goodness. We are grateful for Your fantastic work!
