He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God
Revelation 2.7
People who want to live by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7) and put it into action to overcome daily struggles must know the Scriptures. In this way, they will obtain victory. According to the guidance given by Jesus in this text, the secret is to listen to what the Spirit says to those who are part of His Church. Those who believe in Christ have their spiritual ears open to hear Him and understand everything concerning faith in Him.
In his third letter, John revealed to us the Lord's desire that all His children prosper: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. (3 John 1.2). When someone makes themselves available to understand the Bible, their soul begins to be enlightened by the Spirit of the Lord, divine power makes them walk in the light, and all goes well.
The Lord acts in the life of the Christian so that there may be happiness, prosperity, and health. He heals your body and soul, and makes you prosper. However, God will not pour out all His blessings unless the person believes and strives to obey the direction of His Word. Following divine guidance leads us to achieve what the Most High desires to give us. God does not indiscriminately bless those who claim to be His. The blessing is for those who have the Lord's commandments and keep them (John 14:21).
The Savior said: To him who overcomes. By this statement, we understand that many will not overcome because they have closed themselves off to the voice of the Spirit. Now, if someone has surrendered to Jesus, it is because the Father has given them the necessary tools to develop their faith, learning to use the power granted at the moment of baptism in the Holy Spirit. However, many in the church say they are serving Christ, but have not yet been filled with the Holy Spirit. How can this be?
When the Christians gathered in the upper room heard a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind (Acts 2.2), they were alarmed, for this had never happened before. It was the manifestation of the Holy Spirit that Jesus had promised to send (Luke 24:49). So they asked the apostles what they should do (Acts 2:37), and Peter, the former fisherman, gave them the answer.
The hearts of the crowd were broken and repentant. Everyone wanted to know what to do. Peter was used by the Lord to teach them how to be successful in their faith in Christ: Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2.38). Whoever follows this guidance and remains in it will go with Jesus to Heaven.
Live in obedience to the Word of the God who created all things, and you will be fed and strengthened with the fruit of the tree of life. Then, with every trial that comes your way, you will come out stronger, overcome the temptations of the devil, and know how to conduct yourself the next time he tries to bring you down. Walk in the highest level of faith!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
God, our excellent Master! We want to keep our ears wide open to hear Your sweet and pleasing voice. It will use us to silence the storms that arise against us. The praise will be all Yours! Who else could help us? You alone are our Lord!
We thank You for watching over us when we follow Your direction. Thus, we will give You true glory. Our actions must praise and honor You. Therefore, we cry out for Your mercies and Your love!
We want to eat from the tree of life, to be strong enough to be Your faithful representatives. With Your good food, we will never lose a battle. Look upon those who believe in You, that they may never retreat. Father, we are Your witnesses!
